Q: So I have just recently brought a pack of small teleties from you guys and I it's in good shape it's nice and fit when I put it in a ponytail and after 1-2 days of wear it when loose and not stretchy likewise very loose and lose its elasticity so I watch the videos that you guys posted in your website to put it in warm water and I did just that and it did shrink in size but once I stretch it it became loose again not in the same shape and no stretch like losing its elasticity and i don't know what to do.

Over time, you might see a slight loss of elasticity, which is a small side effect of our “no-rip” material. But no worries. TELETIES are completely shrinkable if they do ever stretch out. Simply place them in a bowl filled with warm water. The heat will cause the material in your TELETIES to shrink back to its original size. Please note if your TELETIE is twisted, it will not go back to shape if you place in water. Please ensure it is the correct shape before placing in water.
