TELETIES accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible we ask that products must be unused and in original packaging.

Warranty Information
TELETIES products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product breaks or is found to be defective, we’ll gladly replace it. For more details on how to process a warranty claim, please visit our Warranty Page.
